Inner thighs Squat Exercise

This is an easy but very effect exercise which will effect directly on your inner thighs. To perform a squat or lower body exercise follow the simple instructions as below.
- Straight your hands forward
- Stand on your feet and wide them but not too much. These should be wide as much as your shoulders.
- Now slowly sit down and think as you are siting on a chair but don’t go too lower.
- Slowly raise yourself and stand up.
- Repeat these steps 10 times.
- Make sure you should keep your hands straight forward even siting down.
- Keep your head up and look straight to push more weight on your thighs.
