People think it is very easy to get into an . Infect it really is. But believe me it is really boring when you are doing a same activity again and again and you won’t go longer. Challenging yourself with new activity each day along with your is a great way to reduce and to boost up your activity. Here are some tips for doing that.

  1. If you are doing same type of , for example running, biking each day. Try to change your activity. Try some other . Let’s suppose you are using an ball daily, try a bike now, or any other machine you’ve never tried before.
  2. If you are not very fresh in exercising and it is your daily activity to do some , then try some harder now. A harder or heavier can be achieved by using or increasing the if you are already using. Pick up as much weight as possible and see if you can fatigue the muscles.
  3. Set a Goal: When you are changing the activity, do it for few days. Set a fixed number of time period.
  4. Restart the Game:  Go with a new activity and restart this cycle again.
